Located on San Diego Bay, in a resort-like setting with the convenience of a downtown location, the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is the west coast's tallest waterfront building. The hotel is located next to the Seaport Village retail/restaurant complex and the San Diego Convention Center. 1625 waterview guest rooms include Hyatt Gold Passport, Hyatt Business PlanTM and Regency Club floors.

The 1625 Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego guest rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the San Diego Bay. Rooms have the atmosphere of a fine residence through the use of a variety of fabrics, textures and colors.

All guest rooms are equipped with two telephones, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, high-speed Internet connectivity, mini-bar, full-length mirrors and On Command (cable television system with video checkout.)

Suites: Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego has 95 luxurious suites with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Conference Suites: The hotel has 45 Conference Suites with adjoining rooms that include a king or two double beds, a conference table for 6, a mini-kitchen and a living room area with a fold down double bed. Standard suite amenities are included.

Executive Suites: These 19 one-bay suites have adjoining guest rooms, a fold down double beds in the parlor, a round conference table for up to 4 people and are a perfect room for one-on-one interviews. Standard suite amenities are included.

Presidential Suites: These five suites are two-bay parlors with an adjoining king room with access from the parlor only. Suites feature upgraded decor, furnishings and bathroom which has a whirlpool bath. Standard suite amenities are included.

Penthouse Suites: These suites are two-bay parlors with an adjoining king room located on the top two floors of the hotel. Suites feature upgraded decor and furnishings and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath.

Regency and VIP Suites: Both have two-bay parlors with adjoining rooms, upgraded decor and furnishings (like the Conference Suites), located on the higher Regency Club?? floors.

Business Plan: Hyatt's Business Plan is a perfect environment for getting work done away from the office. It includes a personal work station, desk telephone with High-speed Internet connectivity, no telephone access charges for 800, local or credit card calls, and a coffee maker in each room. Express continental breakfast is available at our restaurant, Laels. Also, 24-hour access to business equipment on the business plan floor, including a printer and copier. Complimentary fitness center privileges. There are 59 Hyatt Business Plan rooms.

Regency Club: There are 31 exclusive Regency Club rooms. Regency Club is an exclusive limited access floor that offers VIP accommodations. A private lounge area offers deluxe continental breakfast every morning and an evening reception with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. A Regency Club concierge and specially trained staff are available to help with dining reservations, entertainment and travel arrangements.

Thursdays, enjoy an all-you-can-eat prime rib buffet, $21.95; Fridays enjoy an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet extravaganza for $23.95; Sunday Brunch for $32.95. Sally's - Restaurant , Bar, Lunch & Dinner: Outdoor dining on the Bay! Located next to Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, you will find Sally's an ultra-metropolitan restaurant, with its elegant patios overlooking the marina boardwalk, specializing in seafood. Sally's food is distinctly Mediterraean, influenced by the flavors and products of Italy, Coastly Spain and Southern France. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining for the truly adventurous, reserve the Chef's table and eat right in the exhibition kitchen (up to 12 guests).

Top of the Hyatt: Located on the 40th floor, this lounge offers panoramic views of San Diego and spectacular sunsets. Voted as "Best Bar in San Diego", Top of the Hyatt is the place to be for light lunch, hors d'oeuvres, desserts and award winning cocktails. Open daily at 3PM.
